The last pic looks like it is just beginning to alternate the nodes. That's supposed to be a sign of sexual maturity. Although most any mj plant can be put into flower providing it has some roots, then yes you can. Should you no...unless there is a reason other then impatience. If it's the later then wait.

Your yield at this point is maybe 30% of what it could be if you wait until they are at least 24" tall if you can, or LST if you can't.

could this plant be flowered right nowYes you can flower right now if ya wanted. Pre flowers and alternating nodes are a sign that your plant is mature and ready for flower. Remember though the longer you veg the bigger the yield. ;) Congrats on the female my friend. :aok:
