Drop those mason jars in your freezer behind the steak that you're going to be grilling in the summer. The cool temps and the lack of light will keep the THC from breaking down. I've kept stuff like that for... gosh, a long time and they get me high and taste just the same as when they were freshly cured.:p

If you wanted them to be completely sealed, you could use Saran wrap and wrap those oz's up. Than when your current ounce goes out, go and pop open a new one. Ive been keeping oz's in my fridge wrapped up in Saran wrap for 5 years. IMO something air tight, or air and light tight, IE Saran wrap ftw!!:D

As long as they are air tight, the THC isnt broken down. When air is allowed inside of whatever your storing your buds in, than the air slowly drys out the THC and therefor results in less THC overall. Keep them wrapped up tight or in something airtight and put them in the fridge. :D
Freezer... havent tried that one yet but i dont think its a good idea!! Hope this helps!!

I recently smoked some of my summer of '05 harvest, I stored it by sealing it in food storage bags, in the freezer from the day it was completely cured. It smoked nearly as nicely as the first bags. I put it into h/oz. bags that I've pulled out steadily since that harvest. :2940th_rasta:
