best strain for begginner

the title says it all, well, not actually all, i prefer a sativa plant ... but i could take a hybrid too.

probably I ll plant two strains, the otherone indica.

what strains would u reccomend?

i ll be using hydroponics
and last question whatbank of seeds or supplier u think is the best , more reliable for the us?
