best strain for begginner

hi smokers of the world

the title says it all, well, not actually all, i prefer a sativa plant ... but i could take a hybrid too.

probably I ll plant two strains, the otherone indica.

what strains would u reccomend?

i ll be using hydroponics
and last question whatbank of seeds or supplier u think is the best , more reliable for the us?

the best strain for beginners..........I would have to say, Afghanistan strain. This strain gives a stoney head high when smoked. It is very resistant to pests, stress, dryness, and heavy climates like violent thunder storms and harsh cold climates. This is ONE of many that I suggest.
