Purple Stock

So after about 2 weeks of growth i was wondering, the stock of my plant is getting purple. It has a nice greenish tint but there is defiantly purple in the main stock and pushing out to the leaves. I was wondering what this means?!? I know its not bad but if anyone could point me to a site on what these characteristics mean that would be great. :D
