buy looking at these photos can any one tell me if these guys are ok? there not the best photos I admit but I hope the'll do. Some seem to be getting wrinkled and others are not. These guys have been wierd from the start they don't seem to be growing tall just wide, they are already 3 weeks old and have stopped gaining height but continue to grow outward!! lots of center growth but no height. Is this normal?? I don't know what strain they are I'm Using some seeds from some I bought. They seemed to be more rounded leaves than the typical sharp pointed ones I'm used to seeing!! PLEASE HELP

can't really tell, but are those brown spots on some fo the leaves? Might just be the lighting.

i'm using a 400w met halide i raised it up to about 16" it was about 8" I water about once aweek they dont drink much. I use 20-20-20 every other watering. what would cause the foilage to be so abundant I'm not complaining about the amount only concerned with the height and the wrinkling

well then i would say heat was a major factor in the leaves being wrinkled.
when u say height, do u mean really stringy or really short?

I mean really short and very meaty very large leaves and alot of them @ 2 weeks I had to stake them and yeah I'm using a fan. Ithink I've got some wierd strain. The seeds were ugly spotted ones would that mean anything

Repot them in to bigger pots. They'll shoot up. That's how it worked for me.

"Sativa" strains of weed have long, thin fingered leaves.some with 9-11 fingered leaves.
"Indica" strains have shorter, wider and less fingered leaves, much smaller in height than the "sativa".
With an "outdoor" grow, "sativa" can grow up to 12-14 feet.
the "Indica" grows to only around 6-8 feet.
your plants look indica dominant for sure.
maybe your light is too close? try raising it another couple of inches to see if that helps any.
"Foliar feeding is "misting" the plant,i.e spray feeding them with a soluble plant feed and water.
hope this helps, good luck man.:48: :stoned:
I heard that "sativa" plants are a darker green than "indica". that could be :**: , as i said i "heard" this floating around forums.l8rs

ok so they about a month old??? jus getting wide instead of taller you say right?? i really think you need to transplant and probly stop useing the nutes for about a week or so and give it str8 water. When did you 1st start useing nutes, and what kind are they? give them a nice soakeing by foliar feeding them jus water(mist water on the leaves).

hey guys thanks for all the info coming in to help me. I'll try to get them into bigger pots and will take all the advice in consideration I'll keep updating my progress or problems as it occurs with pics, I've been keeping a very detailed journal of all the plants individually to note the different cycles they go through. Once again thanks for all the help and smoke onnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!
