seeds float for 2 reasons
1. a seed absorbs water , this triggers growth , when the water content is greater than the air content they sink , there is a thin film over the seed that if water cant penetrate then the seed will happly float away without knowing its wet , these seeds are very usable , scuff them or crack them and they will germ , normally very very quickly
2 . seeds underdeveloped so the seed is almost empty , the shell is full of air , these float and will never germ , in the 7-800 seeds ive started off ( unsure may be more or less , likely to be more ) i have never come across one of these seeds , if a tap root doesnt develope fast enough the seed will drown if not removed fast enough , knowing your strains is the only real way of knowing this . so if it dont sink the seed will almost always be still ok

Should be good man, when the tails(root) comes out chuck it in the soil or whatever your growing in. Good old cup of water. We preffer the papertowel method.

Get your seed, put it in cooled down boiled water which is in a bowl or cup. When they float just give em a little tap with ur finger and they will fall. Put them in a dark and humid place where they will not be disturbed. Check back in 3 days and they should have sprouted. The rule of thumb is dont wait any longer than 5 mm of root growth. Then just make a hole in the dirt and put the seed in ROOT first.
Try not to handle it too much cause the baby root could **** up.
