It been about 3 weeks, they have been getting 150 w of fluros. Kept at a distance from 1 inch to 4 inches. Watering here and there, just when they look dry, and with a 50 percent mix of 20-20-20. I just added a little 10 inch fan to blow lightly on them.

None of them are any more than 4 inches high, but when we transplanted, we put the stem real low in the dirt... only an inch left from the original 3 they had. Some have real fat leaves and very... not bushy but bulky. Others have just alot of little leaves... more bushy. I was wondering what are some things I should be doing... like I read earlier about topping (???). And if or when I should spray water on the leaves. They are probally leavin outside when they get 4 weeks regardless of the size... But would it be too late into spring to do that? Since I know that you should throw em out in spring or fall due to the shorter sun light.

So basicly im wondering would my idea to throw em outside be realistic... or should I wait to a certain size. And should I sex them first so only the females go outside? Also about the topping... I would like to know all the "green thumb" rules I should be doing just to help these guys out.

thanks.

So what ya wanna know is when to plant them outside? Plant them after the last frost wherever you live. Yes you could sex them first. This way you will have only females. If you wanna know all the green thumb rules check out the link. ;) http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5837

Well 123LSD, there are hundreds of things I could tell you what to do. A question like that is so vague and broad that I really wouldn't know where to start. The vernal equinox is just around the corner. That means the days are going to be getting longer every day by a few minutes. I think you will be cutting it too close to flower them outside. When they are at 8 weeks they will be getting at least 16 hours of day light. It is not necessary to spray the leaves. It can help though if you have very low humidity.
