I was wondering if I should maybe trim some of the branches so that that the rest of the plant gets more light. With all the secondary growth it's getting pretty cluttered. I was just wondering if you guys do this or just let them bush out.
Also...I was wondering if someone could tell me which the 2 new main stems are. I topped the plant and I just wanted to make sure I was looking at the right thing. I'm pretty sure I got it righ, but just want to know for sure.
Are the stems in the red circles the new main stems?

It totally depends on what kind of grow you are wanting... Secondary growth is great... More bud sites. This is all your choice here. Either will work great. Do you want short bushy plants or tall skinny ones? If I were you, I would definitely let her be. Maybe top a few more times to make it even bushier but its your choice.

Definitely want the low. I just thought it might be necessary to trim it a little so more of the plant gets light. I would much rather not even have to touch the plant and just let it do its thing.

instead of clipping and topping yo can do what i did. Get some twist ties and jus pull the leaves back to expose the new growth. That way u can keep the big fan leaves to collect light. When i did it i was useing LST. How old are ur plants??? cause u can always LST it and make the secondary growth raise above the rest. Like DL said "It totally depends on what kind of grow you are wanting"

The plant is about 4 weeks old now. I was thinking of doing lst, but I think for this first one I'm not going to. I topped the plant once so far. I just want to keep it short and bushy. In my veg box I don't have much vertical height to work with unfortunately. My next grow I will be trying the LST method right from the start. I can top the secondary stems correct?

Yuppers, topping the secondary stems is very helpful. I would wait until they get a little larger though. Maybe until they catch up to the top... That is what I do with my mothers anyway.
