24/7 Light, 4oo watts per 4 plants ( Good or Bad )

How you doing,
i was under the impression that if you keep the light on 24/7 you'll get the most grow you could possably get. My impression could be wrong but the plants seem to be doing ok so far. I just wanted to see what kind of feed-back i could get on this theory. In 45 days there all over 2 foot tall seems to be a little streching going on but nothing outside the norm of the 24/7.

Having your lights on 24/7 is fine. During the veg stage the more light you have the faster they will grow. the only problem would be the electric bill. I like to give mine 6 hours of rest, itīs good for my balast as well.
