Growing in Washington

Hey you guys i just recently moved from South Carolina to Washington and i wanted to know if it is to early to start growing because right about now i would start growing outdoors in SC so could someone please let me know.:bong1:

depends how cold is it and has the last frost passed?? yeah i have already started outside in nc but it all depends on the weather
