How do I get pics on the threads?

"click" the Go Advanced button...below the text box, about 1/2 way down the page..Manage Attachments...that will popup a window with the option to "Browse" your files/folders.
If you need to resize them..

to put pics up they need to be about 800x800 (for jpg).

the above link is the easiest way but if you want better quality pics then do this (for windows) go to your photos on your computer and select a photo,and right click on it, select open with, select paint, then press ctrl+w a resize thing will pop up and you can reduce the percentage on your photos.
don't forget if a pic is too big it won't load on your phread.

Finally it is a little blurry but they look like a football one on each side. This the only set and it is at the second node from the top.
