Progress Report @ 5 Weeks

:D Here my pics @ 5 weeks these babies are still only at the tallest 6" tall. Heres the set up!! I Keep a very detailed journal

27"x36" light @ 24"
Total Foil Walls & Bottom
Wind 24/7
Humidity on the dry side
Water once a week (if That)
(Nutes) 20-20-20 (every 3rd watering)
400w Metal Halide / (3) 26w CFL'S For Under Growth
Lights 24/7

I think for 5 wks that's reall short..you have alot of light in that setup..why don't you remove all that foil and have a plain white background?The white would be better.Are you sure you're not under watering?
