Ok i just got my seeds and they are going to be outdoor plants do you guys think i should germinate them or first wet some soil in a cup and put them in there and let them sit in the sun ??

I'd say: germinate them first! Paper towel method, preferably.

If you're growing outdoors, germinate your seeds in a warm, dark, damp enviroment.
