taking clones?

what is the best time to take "clones" at?
Obviously after they`ve been sexed, but how long after. Or is it as soon as sex has shown??

When your plants are sexually mature. You can take when they just start to show sex, but make sure you have the right sex. Alternating nodes is a good indication for cloning time.
