In my experience It should be able to show signs of sex before it even roots. I have taken clones and put them in cups of water and have gotten pistils in about a week and a half. Look close you may allready have some signs that you missed, or is there any light leaks that could be slowing down the flowering process? If there is I would try to remedy this quickly as I have heard light leaks encourage hermi's!! Anyways I hope I was of some help.
