Well ive read guides that say cut from quarter inch to over 4 inches. So whats the smallest I can cut it, and whats the biggest. Does it really matter what branch it is on the plant?
How long can I wait before I start cloning.
I am going to use a little plastic humid dome, but should I keep the plant in 12-12 light to keep promoting flowering?
ty
you need 3-4 nodes on the part your gonna clone & then cut it at about 4inches , that's what ive heard pretty sure its right since many told me that ....
not sure about lighting , not had any sucess myself with clones so the hell with it :)

one more question, I know ph level should be higher when its a young plant (6.8) and lower when its flowering (6.0) but what should I set the ph level at as a young flowering plant?

sounds like you're taking cuts off a flowering plant and expect them to keep flowering and grow roots under 12/12. Not gonna happen.

uhh.. actualy from what ive seen on other threads that will work.. U can take clones from a flowering plant, put them under 12/12, and they will root/grow/flower from the get go.. ive never done it so dont quote me on that.. but from what i have been reading its posable and ppl do it alot actualy

Ya them bubble cloners are amazing for rooting. So they make a 3" clone flower so they can end up with a couple grams of pot off of each one, waste of time.
maybe 123lsd should revert the flowering clones to veg and get them a little bigger before going to 12/12 to make it worth while.

i like this one =) think its cool cause U could pretty much just cure it stick it in a big bag... whip out an entire plant of bud on someone.. that would be great

Hmm, but my plants have been flowering for one month already... would I have to harvest it in another month anyways? or can I wait another 2 as if it just started flowering.

aight sweet thats what I wanted to know. I heard you should keep it humid, but never really explained for how long. So I was thinking to put it under 24/7 inside a fish tank flipped upside down. Would that work? Do you think just a few days under there will be good enough for it to root and be humid enough?

when U take a clone and root it.. put a dome over it and mist the dome a cpl times a day.. keep it like that for about a week or so.. the plant takes in water off of the leaves when it has no roots.. thats how it stays alive till it can start taking in water thru tha roots.. also dont put the lights very close to the plants when U take clones... 2 much light will stress the lil plants.. keep it kinda far away and drop it in close when u remove the dome
