My question is this:

I have my plants on 24 hour light right now. I planted on the 20th (2 sundays past) and my tallest seedling is 3 inches. Some of the seeds have not broken ground yet... but I didn't germinate them either. Should I just give up on the plants that haven't sprouted and go ahead to veg or should I leave the lights on 24 hours for a while longer?

When I go to veg how should I do it? Should I do it by incriments or should I just change the hours and what should I change them to?

Any help is great... thanks!

Thanks,
Metalchick

Thanks,
Metalchick  I would leave them in the soil and see what happens. Also you can veg your plants under 24 hours of light we do it and it works great. If you don't wanna leave them under 24 hours of light you can try 18 hours of light then 6 hours of dark.

If I shorten the incriment will it keep the plants small and bushy? I am working with limited head space, so shorter plants are my ideal. I was told that they are were too tall (my first grow) because I left the light on 24 hours and the plants were stretching to it.

Thanks,
Metalchick
