drying question stilll a newbie

hey i am the end of flowering right now buds ready to be harvest should i cut away all my fan lives when hanging to dry or just the large ones what drying method is best

I take all of the larger fan leaves off, leave the smaller ones on. The smaller ones wrap around the bud when they're drying and helps protect your nugz. Maybe someone else does it different though. This is just what I do:D.
