Dark Spots and yellow... possible mites?

help lol i will upload 2 pics but i have 2 plants that one has yellowing leaves and the other has patches of a greeny brown n slightly crispy, they arent too close to the light and not too far, both sets of leaves on both plants are the first set of leaves they get from seed, do they lose these leaves or do i have reason for concern ! help :confused:

Dont worry about it, the baby set of leaves die.

yay! :) sweet as a nut mate thanks for that, i did have my suspicions but im a paranoid first time grower, :D
