i was away for a day an when i got home an checked my aurora seedlings the bigger ones musta been to close to my fluro tube an i think they got a bit burnt so ive now lifted the light a good couple inches away from them but do you think these will recover a still keep growing cheers

Sure man, the plants will be fine. The burnt leaf won't heal, but new growth and all the plant that wasn't burnt will be fine.

Whenever I'm going away for a day or three, I raise my lights a couple of inches, just in case...better an extra day til you harvest, than burnt budz. Just remember to readjust the lights when you return home.
Yours don't look to terribly stressed and should recover nicely.
