Coming out of the soil?

Hi, I was wondering how long the seed (which has been germinated and sprouted a root) will take to come out of the soil. I have a fluro light 2 inches away from the dirt 24/0. Thanks!!

ususlly 1-2 days if its not too deeep, anything uder 1/2 inch deep might take longer to pop out.

it can take up to a week to pop through, maybe wait till 10 days. if it still hasn`t broke the surface, it`s not going to.
