setup questions

i am using mg soil and are using mg nutes i also have 60 watt reptile/aquarium bulbs. this is my first room and bought really good seeds. my seeds have germinated but not yet peeked thru the soil do you think this will be an ok setup and if not any suggestions thanx!!!

read thru the journals and guides, you are not even close to giving any information pertaining to your setup so no one can tell.. since youre new around here, please read the guides.. its a must first before you ask any questions.. Good luck..
