Is my plant ready for flowering??

Its about 30days old..about 6" s tall..under 2 40watt CFLs and 2 18watt Cfls..i just put them on 12-12 today after 24/7 lighting...Am i Wrong?? Thanks alot:confused::cool: Also could you tell me why the other two in the back are not growing? all watered 2x a day with superthrive..

yeah man, put them back to veg for another 30 days or so until you see alternating nodes and the plant is around 1 ft in height. however you can flower now although your yeild will be greatly reduced.
