hi new with hydro have a tube set up. wanted to know how often to have pumps on. time table would be great thanks.

What do you mean a "tube set up"?

Is it NFT? Gravity drain?

If it's NFT, you should run the pump 24/7.

Watch out for overflows due to root crowding. NFT systems are famous for it.

yes gravity drain. thanks for in put. I have had it set to little then but things are looking good i will try to get a pic.

Be very careful and watch out for overflow. I've seen a few houses after the NFT systems did that and it causes a real mess. You wouldn't believe how far 20-30 gallons of water can spread.

thanks for the info i have a saltwater tank and the auto top off got stuck while i was at work and boy that was a flood. but will keep a look out. I purchased a water monitor that will call me if there is water on the floor. Not bad for 9.95 a month and about 90 for the unit.
