Ok i been told to post pics click the attachments on the bottom of the page but there is no ATTACHMENT!

When you go to post a reply or new thread look down below the text box and you will see a button that says "manage attachments", click on that and go from there.

hey man i found the attachment and downloaded the program to resize photos but now the kb is to big i got pics that are like 650.kb and the furom only exepts like 193.kb so wat do i do and i resized them but still the same kb.

You either have to make them smaller or you have save them in a format that doesn't take up as much space.

hmm what program , i just use paint then size it down that way , in image

Paint is strictly for Microsoft. Picasa is freeware and can work with ever OS under the sun potentially. Also, you can resize pictures in bulk instead of one at a time. ;)
