OK i Have a few questions:
1/ I have a plant in soil,but i don't use light,special room and etc... and i can't find out why this plant isn't growin' ...
2/ The plant is lady and it have seeds.When i need collect them ?
3/ When the plant its flowered it can be smoked,right ?
4/ When's good to start flowering ?

When it flowers, Im pretty sure you can start drying whenever you like. I myself would let it grow alot more before I started to rip off leaves and disturb the growing process. But best of luck to you man.

Ok but what 'bout seeds and the growin' ?

The seeds will just pop out when done. So, I would keep something under the plant to catch the beans... Like paper all around the base. They all won't pop out so when it comes time to smoke the bud be on the look out for more seeds. Simple

If it has seeds its a male right?Also what bud i thoght males dont produce bud?

No Hydro. A male plant will produce pollen. This, in turn, pollinates the female plant and the female plant is the one to produce the actual seed. If you would like some links to a few good grow guides pm me.

No its just from branch and in water roots can grow

It looks like its in a bottle of water. Is that a clone? You said right in your first post that you dont give it light so thats probably your reason why its not growing. And maybe some soil would help too. So is the plant a female or no? If its female you can definitly smoke the bud. I would definitly let it grow for a while before putting it into flower. But if you are limited on space you can flower whenever you want to. Goodluck man. I dont think that bottle of water is going to give your plants the nutrients that it needs. I would recomend putting in soil.

sorry bro Im not sure but i think a fish light would probably be too small. If you want something cheap and easy just go to walmart and get the strongest watt florecent bulb you can get. Three or four would be even better. If you have the money to spend you might want to think about getting an hps light. Do some researching online. If you want nice big plants you will have to invest some money on the right equipment. You can still grow on a budget but a lot of people say " you get what you pay for".
