Do you try to leave it outside for the daylight hours and bring it in for its dark time?
You will get much better buds if you can get some more light on her.
Also last pic looks a little droopy, make sure your watering squedule is cool.
Looks like a great plant, and could make some nice buds.

You can flower using cfl lights, but just like growdude said you do need more light on your plants during flowering.IF you can try and get a hps on them.IF it is in your means,I promise you will beable to tell the difference in the type of buds that you will end up with and you will be able to tell the difference in your yield. But if you have to use cfl's you got to make sure you got enough of them in there for the proper lumen/sq. ft. you can get a 400 hps for $119/usd all ready to grow from HTGsupply.com.Hope this helps and puts a little LIGHT on it for you:hubba: Keep it GREEN!!

I have 4 cfl 43 watt = 150 watt and the lumen is 2600 and also got 4, 4 foot hangen in corners 40 watt prebulbs and 8 total and lumen is 3,300 each bulb and under the plants I have 2, 26 watts and what ever the lumen is there.
Yes I have thought of going to Hps, and in a few months I'll have one..
Always learnning !

If by "claw" you mean the drooping leaves...I think that it has something to do with the watering schedule like Growdude said.

A lot of the time "claw" symptoms mean too much nitrogen.

After Harvest I am going to redo my grow room lights and add some more cfls in there! I have alot of them so why not use them till there DEAD!!
I am going to build a box like Longtimegrower lights and have about 10 to 20- 42 watts in there..
That should Brighten it up!!
