Freezer Popcorn

Ok I am at a loss. 3 weeks until harvest and am going through a major dry spell :(

Ive been keeping a bag of leaves / popcorn in the freezer, until we have enough to make some hash. Well i just fished out a few bits of popcorn (enough for a few jays) and was wondering if when this stuff drys out thoroughly, if it will still be a half decent smoke?

It'll be harsh, but if you smoke it in a bong with some ice water, it should mellow it out some.
