try and cool my plants down in the hottest part of the day withch is like 109-112 or is the not even necessacery, should they adapt???

Only indoors. Indoors the water dops will act like a magnifying glass and put little burn spots on your plant. But outside its fine. And to keep your plants cool just make sure the soil doesnt get to dry, water a few times a day but dont go rambo on it, you can still over water it.

You can spray them inside if they are under cfl but not under hid.
