There is no big secret method for LST all you do is tie the top down, just bend it over, depending on how bushy you want you plant you could bend it down several times.

basicly what happens is the top most growing area of the plant gets the most growth hormone, when you bend it over the middle area is the top most part of the plant.
Soon after you bend it over you will see the middle area turn up to the light and each branch becomes a main shoot.
