How tall are we talking? What kind of lighting are you using? What is your light schedule like?

Hey,
If they're tall and bending, it means they're stretching for light. It's not a plant threatening issue if it's taken care of soon. Just get it in a place where it gets more light. It's indoors, so do you have propper lighting for plants at this time?

ya they are definitely stretching how close are your lights? u might want to tie them down but some so u will get more growth on the bottom but they might be to small for that too good luck. anyway if u can put some pics up? that will help even more

I just transplanted them into bigger pots i started them in peet pellets. I just stuck them out in the sunlight thinking maybe it will help some. I have the light about 18 inches or so above the plants, and i used hyponex soil.(which after reading something that says i shouldnt use that soil. I also got some fertalizer that is 24-8-16 which now i am thinking it is a little too much nitro but i have not used this yet and here are a couple pics i think my lens is dirty lol

I wouldn't really say wrong nutes man. not the best, but they're not wrong. it's high in nitrogen so it's still on track. Defiantely get some more light on them, you need to pull the light down. Put it about 8 inches from the tops or so. I don't know the wattage of your light so don't do that exactly, set it around 8 inches and put your hand at the tops of the plant. If it's uncomfey for your hand, it's uncomfortable for them. So move it back, just get it to where it'll warm your hand. And definately a good fan would be recommended and give it light bendings. LIke when you go to water them or check on them, move the stem around a little bit so it'll build up stronger.
Good luck with it and hope that helps ya!

They are wrong nutes for this stage in the plants cycle. Was all I was saying.

Yeah i understand lol. It's chill, i was just saying that they'd WORK some. Just merely cause it's more of a nitrogen concentration, but i wouldn't give full dosage. but no deal man. sorry ;)

what about your question though? lol are you asking what you should do to fix this problem? if so i answered in the other one as well as a few others did.
Like Berserker said, it's really a little too early for nutes and not the best for this stage. You'd be better looking into propper nutes for the veg stage. But those will do, i'm not much of a nute user, mostly organic.
Also to fix the stretching problem, letting them get sun light directly could solve your problem i guess, but i dunno i've heard of people taking their indoor plants outdoor and they get severely burned. I grow outdoors so yeah. I'd definately recommend putting the light down closer to them. Take your hand and put it over the tops of the plants and lower the light till it gets warm on your hand but is still comfortable. If it's uncomfortable for your hand, it's uncomfrotable for them. Usually it's like 8 or so inches fromt he plant. Correct me if i'm wrong. But take care! good luck!

When you say regular lights. You dont mean, regular
bulbs you put to light up your homes. are you??
Just incase you are not sure..
Use "GROW lights" specifically to grow plants with.
not regular incadenscent home lights.
goodluck

I had the same thing happen on my first grow. I transplanted to the first set of leaves. It was good advice given to me. I lowered my lighting and used a small fan. Everything worked out good, I didn't lose any and the veg went grate.
!! GOOD LUCK !!

Dont use incadesent bulbs as they will not grow anything.
Find or buy some floro. bulbs or get a HPS or MH for the best results.
