Fluorescent Lights?

I have seen that you can use Fluorescent Lights to grow and have them the whole time and still have a successful batch. Is this true?

yeah, you can. If you are go with cool white's for veg and soft white for flower.
Your plants recommend florous or MH (MH preferd) for veg and HPS for flower. Hope that answers your Q.
