Lunar planting schedule..??

Just got finished reading the grow journal by Lonewolf.

Very scientific, and to early for me to comprehend alot of it.
BUT.. it states in his journal and someone else, that
Lunar calender plays a roll in Plants.. indoors and out doors.

question #1:

How much of a roll does the MOON have on an indoor grow??

question #2:

When should seeds be germed and planted by using the Lunar
schedule?? with months and dates please.

Another question.

If im growing indoors with pots.
Is that considered above ground plants??

not quite sure what they mean by above/below ground plants.

So how much of a roll does it play?? is it significant to the development
of a plant?? Yield and strength??

I only got to august 19/20 to finish my currently grow. IF I hope to
make the Lunar calender. Better start flowering soon.

"above ground" plants are what you are growing..
"below ground" would be such as radish's, carrots, beets, ect.
"How much of a roll?"...is contraversial/debatable. Many an old timer swear by the lunar tables. Others believe it is nonsense.
"I" personally believe it does have some effects/influence on plants, growth, germination, flowering, ect. "HOW" much, ..I can't say.
