hey can someone help im a noob when it comes to growing. I have a question, i need help with setting up my growing room for cheap and when i mean cheap i mean using cfl's and i need help with growing my plant, like how long after it sprouts should i transplant it? please help

You need to read everything you can off of this forum before you start to grow. You will learn a ton just from reading every random thread you can. Its an easy plant to grow but there is a lot to learn at first. good luck with your grow!!!!
