I NEED HELP NOW....please

ok, so im just about to put my female plant into flowering. But im very close already to running out of room because shes pretty tall. Ive heard some ppl suggest tieing it down, but exactly how do i go about doing that?
do i like, bend it completly over in a loop or what??

Make a tie with some string about 3 nodes down from the very top of the main stalk. Tie the plant over until the tip touches the ground or however low you can get it, without hurting the plant.
