small scattered leaves?

hi all, got a lil problem with one of my flowering gals.
she`s got very small leaves compared to the others, and although it`s a different strain, the leaves look small and scattered.
could over-fert do this?
i`m in week 4 flower, the reason i think it may be over-fert is they had a small scortch earlier in life:rolleyes: but i can`t really tell as it`s only the one female, of different strain which makes me also consider if it may be a "K" def:eek:
the tips curl up on a few of the small leaves but only slightly.
she is tall with little folliage, well i say little but it`s mainly the size of the individual leaf which is small.
good healthy green leaves and good bud production but smething`s not right...

sorry i aint got bck for so long dude, i don`t have a pic right now as my camera`s USB cable isn`t working, but there are literally no fan leaves and the bud is growing weird,with what looks like 'pollination' has occured. the pistills are turning dark brown very fast and the calyx has swelled with what looks like seed, all be it immature ones. could be bad seed from the beggining man, may have came from a pollinated female, which was pollinated by a hermie.
i`ve chucked "it" outside with a couple other hermie`s which i had on my previous grow. some are buding nice man, but the seed are worthless.
