my clones are about 3 weeks old. Is it old enough to start giving it some nutes?????

Do they look like they need them? You only give nutes when your plant needs them, if it's growing fine then don't feed it anything.

What way did you propogate?
It depends on the root structure. I typically after rooting start at 1/4 strength and work up until the root system has taken off.
