Private IM/PM

The ability to private IM/PM members in instant time, not through messages currently in use would be cool, making sure members have the ability to close the function and bar specific members of course.

We have this function. Just click on a persons name then click send private message.

Its not chat in real time, its delayed and a messaging system, its not like yahoo/msn/aim chat instant.
