Am So Confused

Ok I just got the nutes from general hydroponics, well that is the manufacturer. I have several items to make a DWC and just need a few more. I am so confused on how to get the seedling from the rockwool cube to grow roots down to the solution. Do I need a dripper type set up to start?

Just don't let the cubes get too dry, you could use a dripper or just water them for the first few days...
