The so called, "Sneak and Peak".

Under the veil of the "Patriot Act" American citizens can now have searches performed against them WITHOUT probable cause or supeona.

You could have a federal agency search your home, remove property, all while your not present. You simply come home to find your place ransacked, items missing, and guess what.....they don't have to tell you for months! You'll just think you've been burglarised or worse, you wont even know they were there!

Get off your butts people, inform yourselves, or don't cry when it happens to you.

Every Amercian citizen that frequents this site should inform themselves regarding the so called "War on Terror". Our constitution is being ignored by our government. Our government is not a servant of the people any more but rather we are servants of our government.

How are you going to feel when they come into your house for no reason, and form an investigation against you for criminal acts justified by your small homegrows????

Growers are less safe now than ever. Be careful, and be afraid, we all should be. We all should be taking our grows VERY serious. Its not a hobby any more. You are a criminal, and they need no reason to arrest you. Your constitution means nothing to them so who will protect you?

you gotta link for this statement bro? Thats a stretch for even the patriot act. I mean...wow man....that would have major supreme court suits on that one. I know our country is goin to hell in a handbasket n all....but to pretty much blatently say that we have absolutely no rights to privacy. This I would need to see an article or something to back this one up. If this were true...it would be plastered everywhere on the net. our rights are "slowly" being taken away so as the public won't pay that much attention. Subtle is the way of evil.

What.....you don't believe me? LOL Why do you think they called it the "Patriot Act". There are a lot of things in this so called act of congress that don't even relate to the "War on Terror".

The fact that its called the Patriot Act would imply that if you question or do not agree with it, well....then you are UNpatriotic. Thats B.S.! Because of the deceptive name it was given...MOST Americans don't even bother to read it. Did you know that the Act was supported by both the democratic and republic parties? Did you know that it was altered at 3:45AM the morning before congress approved it! After it was scrutinized and endorsed by both parties it was changed! Congress Duped again. Be afraid....Be very afraid.

Here is a "Proposed Ammendment" pertaining to this section of the act:

Fellow Americans......this country is in the pisser. The corporate "tapeworm" has sucked us dry. We have been pump and dumped by our own government. Our economy is in the shitter and it will be progressively getting worse.

I for one am doing something about it. I'm telling friends, family, and perfect strangers about our only viable option regarding our upcoming election. Ron Paul. To not violate this sites rules regarding politics i will just encourage all my fellow american friends here to research www.ronpaul2008.com (http://www.ronpaul2008.com) on their own and reach their own conclusions. There's a reason why he's not portrayed in the media, they don't want you to know about him!

I am also burning DVD's daily and handing them out. They include documentaries of: Unconstitutional, America:Freedom to Fascism, Enron, etc.

Most of these can be viewed online at Netflix or mail ordered through Netflix and other similar movie rental stores.

In order for change to foster, it will start with the American citizens who CARE. The citizens will work through LOCAL governments. Only when the local governments stand up to the FEDERAL Government will change be implemented. Hopefully detainment camps will not be waiting for us in a couple of years as we move in this direction. if that sounds outlandish to you, and you think i'm paranoid, a simple google of detainment camps in US will pull up all you need to know. Police State is where we're headed.

Our world is changing faster than we americans can grasp.

How the Government justifies this change enacted by the Patriot Act regarding Delayed Notification Searches.

Government: The codification of delayed notice warrants in the Patriot Act “brought national uniformity to a court-approved law enforcement tool that had been in existence for decades.”

Reality: The Patriot Act’s “sneak and peek” provision is about lowering standards for sneak and peek warrants, not imposing uniformity. The two circuit courts that upheld the use of delayed notice warrants imposed a very similar rule, including a presumptive seven-day limit on delaying notice. Delayed notice search warrants, or “sneak-and-peak” warrants, allow investigators to enter an individual’s business or dwelling to obtain limited and specific information for an investigation and notifying the individual of the search at a later date. Section 213 of the Patriot Act overturns the seven-day rule and instead allows notice of search warrants to be delayed for an indefinite “reasonable time.” Section 213 authorizes a judge to delay notice upon a showing of reasonable cause instead of probable cause to believe that there will be an adverse result if notice is given to the target of the search warrant.

Hey DL! Whats up man!

Polls indicate wins for him consistently online and in NATIONAL televised debates. :p

Its only the polls in the media that show him at the bottom. And we all know the American media is owned by 4 major corporations whom back capitalistic corporate colonialism.

Here (www.realclearpolitics.com) is my favorite site... They combine the results from four different polls to get their numbers. I have seen the online results you are speaking of... I'm just not too sure on their credibility...

Does anyone else here feel Marijuana has opened their minds to a clearer perception of the world around them.

My life was moving 100mph + til i started smoking MJ regularly again.

now even though my daily activities are relatively the same, but i get really high at night, i feel like i have hit the brakes on my life. Like i'm taking in and appreciating more things/people around me.

The only thing that has been upsetting me is our government and thats just because i'm unsure i will be able to provide a safe environment for my family. I'm also unsure of where our government is leading our country. Scary stuff!

What has marijuana opened your mind to lately?

Hey Riz!

I like that site man. I had forgot about the Splenda case LOL

On the splenda packet it says, ""Made from sugar so it tastes like sugar."

Turns out is chemically altered to include NO sugar.

Great example of our FDA at work. So because Equal lost millions in profits do to misrepresentation by Splenda, they sued for lost profits.

.... Splenda’s slogan (“made from sugar, so its tastes like sugar”) is misleading because Splenda isn’t made from sugar, but from a synthetic chemical. Merisant spokesman Jeff Leshay said, “Splenda’s advertising creates the perception that its product is natural, when it is neither natural nor made with sugar. We believe this is an unfair practice.”

The sad thing is, the FDA should care. They should care that companies put products on the market with NO nutritional value and decieve people into thinking they are not only of NATURAL composition, but healthy.

What other examples can you guys come up with?
