HELP!Electrical(LOST)

Hi guys hope this makes sense but I have a used 400w MH but it is wired for 347 volts and I need it 120volts I have a muti tap ballast if that helps any info is appreciated thx Phatpharmer

P.S I have another thread under LIGHTING that may add more insite to my problem thx again PP
