from the start ive been using store bought spring water for my plants,but i need to know why i can,t use regular tap water? i,ll keep buying the water cause nothings too good for my babies, but i just need to know.also ionly water once a week because my soil is very moist, so should i add aplant food like miricle grow or something?

Tap Water has Chlorine in it. You can use Tap water, you just have to let it air out for 24 hours before hand.

Public water systems tend to have high PH.
Well water can vary.

make sure you test your PH and adjust accordingly..

buying bottled water IMO is draining your $$ away.. (no pun intended)

If you're set on using bottled (filtered) water, you might as well invest in a decent water filter. It'll pay itself off eventually.
