My girlfriend bought a gallon of sweet acidopholus milk and I was like  so I did a lil reading. This stuff is actually quite good for you. With more advantages for the ladies than the fellas but beneficial to both.
Lactobacillus acidophilus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactobacillus_acidophilus)
:holysheep: I gotta go back to college to read that link
Lactobacillus acidophilus  is one of several bacteria in the genus Lactobacillus. It is in some countries sometimes used commercially together with  Streptococcus salivarius and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus  in the production of  acidophilus-type  yogurt. Also known as the Boas-Oppler bacillus after Ismar Isidor Boas, a German  gastroenterologist  (1858-1938) and Bruno Oppler (-1932) a German physician from Breslau.

Yeah.. my question would have to be taste too. Buttermilk is good for you... so is soy. They both taste like crap!

LMFAO... that just reminded me of when I was a kid and my grandma used to use plain old yogurt to treat yeast infections!!!! YUK... never had one, but I'm glad to know that if I did there are better treatments than yogurt out there!

But whats it taste like?Milk:D. I love milk and it doesn't have the slightest difference in taste. Like 2% milk though, not whole.

It's an active culture in yogurt- Quite healthy for you and your GI tract- Bit over marketed/priced like in the "Activa" brand yogurt. If you read labels, even the cheap stuff has it in as well. Or am I confusing this with another acidolphilus?
