I am currently growing in rockwool.I like it because of the ease. However I want to start making and keeping mothers and was thinking of what medium to use.what I came up with was bagged soil.It has its hang ups and I havnt been very good in the past with nutriants.Does anyone have any better Ideas?

I prefer to use any peat moss/perlite/vercumulite mix.

i know where you can get the highest quality sphagnum moss. alson you can get coarse grade vermiculite the good stuff. it comes in 8 quart bundles pretty expensive though.but thats what you pay fo the best. its available through me.im not advertising, whats the difference if i were to refer you to www.westcoastgrowers.com for light warrior at the cheapest price.
