You take a hit, but the bud in the bowl keeps burning for some time. I'll put the bong down and that tickle poo is still smoking. It's waisting my lasagna weed! Is there a way to stop that? I just usually pack more bud just to snuff out the fire.

I use my thumb over the bowl and my fore finger over the mouth piece. Total isolation. The ember will die real quick.
