Request for Comments on Air Purifier

Hi everyone,

Any thoughts on this unit? I know there is probably better, but I have one of these so I am curious how good it would be at removing odor. It apparently generates negative ions is why I am thinking it may work ok. If you've seen my intro post, you know my wife is still not on about growing, but if I can turn her around I know odor will need to be zero! Anyway, please take a look and let me know. Also any thoughts about where this would be most effective, right next to the plants, or kind of built into some sort of exaust chamber where the outgoing air will run by it.

Sounds perfect actually... covers 500 sq. ft., cost like $4 a year, filter sheets cheaper than most others, etc.

i got the biggest and baddest one ionic breeze. I think
the sharper image GP.

and it sucks.. wont do much for odor.. it may help to
kill molds with the uv light during the lights on.

Your best bet is #1 Carbon filter with exhaust vent. #2 DIY deordorizer ( Heavy gravity of MP, has a step by step instruction on how to make one in
the grow room set up section) You can make several, i plan on building one myself. #3. #4Keep your door closed as much as possible (you'll be suprised
how much and fast the AROMA goes through the house.

they cost around $40 to $60 (£20-£30 in pounds sterling :p ) so not bad for the price i might have to get one.
