Gah! Florida is having a rainy season, my plants are getting rained on for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours a day, heavy rain. What's more, they're not in the ground, they're in pots. Are they drowning? :(

If you have very good drainage in the pots...I would not worry too much.
You can put something over the tops of the pots to limit the water going in if its really bad.

yeah, like an anti funnel to run the water away from the pots, that should do the job. Or, sing 'rain rain go away, come back another day'

Are these indoor or outdoor plants? I'm confused, since this is in the indoor forum.

My bad. Wrong forum. They're outdoor.

Must be your new harvest MOM.. :bong2: I'm convinced this is the outdoor section :)

Any how as they all say above cover the pots.. Rain water in sensible quantaties is good however..

It pours down here from time to time and mine seem to be ok.

i'm getting rained on too, last year i harvested late october but the rain is coming in a little early this year. and i think it'll be too much rain to just shake off every morning.

i'm harvesting a little early this season due to change in weather. any way to tell when theyre ready w/out a 30-60x magnification?

and if not, where can i find a magnifying glass that size, locally?
rite-aid, wal-mart, home depot, where?

lastly, i'm a little familiar w/ native americans practicing "rain dance" rituals. any information to a stop-raining dance?

if the pots have good drainage the rain will not hurt anything at all :D if they dont drain well you will end up getting in trouble :o in this case get some drain holes gone on in the bottom of them pots

Rain is not bad for your plants. Yes some buds will mold but just because its raining doesn`t mean your plants are going to all mold and die. Slim
