Foliar sprays?

I am thinking about getting some foliar spray by advanced nutrients called VHO https://www.advancednutrients.com/advancepedia/product.php?productID=65. Anybody else here use this stuff? Any opinions on foliar sprays? Do they work, are they a waste of money?

I've only foiliar sprayed to try to correct a deficiancy once or twice..corrected it in the soil didn't need it..grows fine without IMO.
