I did it.. Cut 1 LR2 down.

This LR2 is my 2nd plant ive harvested this year.

this LR2 was almost 2 weeks past its 8/9 harvest time period.
I was patiently waiting for the Trichs to turn amber.. Very few did.
Just a spec here and there. But Trichs are cloudy.
The Bud leaves started turning brown and even some calyx.
So I cut her down and manicured and put her in my DIY dry chamber
that vents into my grow room.

I have one more LR2, that isn't as far along as the one i just harvested,
im going to wait this one out and see what happens with the trichs.
Nothing beats experience right??

I cut off all the stems, leaves and etc, manicured everything very tight.

The TOTAL WET HARVEST WEIGHT AFTER MANICURE/TRIM = 217 Grams.

I did take pictures of the whole process, but after I got done doing
everything it was almost 2:30 EST. And i had to be at work this morning :fid:

Plus i only have dial up at work and would take for ever.

Ill post pictures of deceased lady when I get home this evening.
After the NAVY vs DUKE NCAA football game, im going to..

im going to let it dry for another 2 days in the dry chamber.

Ill weight it all again, and give the Pre - cure rate.

im hoping for 30% dry weight.. So:

217g x .30 / 28 = 2.33 oz's (guesstimation)

So almost 2oz dry harvest from a Lowryder is what you get with 1000w's.

Well looks like "RICO" will be calling himself and my buddy soon, electric
bill is in.. haha..

Started getting a tad crispy on the outside.
I think they are ready for the jar.

I weighed it before the jar.

it weighed in at 57.3 grams.

Wet weight was 217grams.

Ill post another weight in a week, to see how much water weight it loses.

Concentrated in the jar, it smells kinda of chemically.
Only way for me to describe its as a Chloriphille(sp) smell like.

Ive only used the full line of Fox farm nutes, so its relatively organic.

But the 1/4 top of the colas I chopped5 days prior to harvesting this one.
which I left curing properly, is starting to lose that chloriphile(sp) smell
and starting to get skunky.. :hubba: smell that we all love.

Will Autoflower strains regenerate if you harvest them and then put them back into 24/7 light? I have this strain, Sweet 105, and I've been trying to get it to reveg but it doesn't seem to be going.....

I would say no. Since the plant is auto flowering, I assume it doesnt
go back to Veg state. I would think it would just run its course and
eventually die. It doesn't have a genetic VEG state.. I think.


BTW: im still smoking some of the LR's and after a 3/4 week cure.
The BUD SMELLS, D A N K, skunky with SMOOTH DRAW.

GOOD CURE = The KEY.


From what I understand, Dr Chronic doesn't have the real LR strain.
Maybe thats why these plants got so huge. THey maybe Rudimalis (sp).
Nevertheless it autoflowered got big and smoke good.

LR is a ruderalis hybrid...just crossed with an indica to boost potency. ;)

hey guys, thank you very much for the response.

the most amazing thing happened---the plant started to grow new veg growth out of the buds and even the center of the leaves..... I've never seen anything like this. it looks like i'll be able to enjoy the sweet sandlewood flavor and awake body high that is swah-eat 105.....grateful!!!!
